Welcome to the web page of the XI Regional Meeting of Student Branches and the IV Regional Gold Meeting (RRR and RRGOLD) of the Region 9- Latin America, which will be held in Bogotá, Colombia, from October 9th to the 12th, 2008, in the Centro Social de Agentes de la Policía Nacional.
The IEEE, the largest technical organization of professionals in the World, is dedicated to promote and develop engineering, and in particular the areas related to the electro-technology field. The RRR and RRGold, is the student activity most important in the institute at Latin America.
The goal of this event is to integrate the different student branches and Gold groups, of close to 20 latin American countries, thus promoting the leadership, the exchange of experiences and cultures and the collaboration among all the participants in the region.

New deadline for registration with discount: September 12
Bogota, September 9, 2008 - Due to technical problem on our website in the last few days that have already been solved, has decided to extend the deadline for payment of registration discount until Friday, September 12.
